Note to Facilities and Maintenance Managers

Always remember, the door and your treatment machine are the only parts of your treatment room that is seen and used every day.  When the machine or the door does not perform as intended to treat patients, it inconveniences them and usually results in a monetary loss for the facility.  We can't help with treatment machine failures, but your doors are another matter.  No one can guarantee that you will never have a component failure, but if you use RGI support services and products regularly, we work hard to eliminate any operational downtime.

RGI technicians have been factory trained by various door operator manufacturers in swing and slider configurations using hydraulic and electrical operator systems - are experienced in dealing with structural frame, hinge, or door shell issues - are factory trained by various sensor manufacturers to provide the highest level of safety coverage, and understand the unique needs of your treatment facility.
