Treatment Room 1

RGI Consultants

RGI offers consultation services to help ease your project installation experience.

WHY USE RGI CONSULTING SERVICES?

RGI offers a full array of consultation services for the building of a concrete or alternative method treatment vault that include project engineering, physics, installation liaison, and field inspections.

There are many companies that do not have expertise installing products to build a treatment vault, but are contracted to provide products, install said products, and/or manage the project.  Many material companies appear to have in-house installation personnel, but the reality is that most only provide the materials and sub-contract the actual work to local contractors with limited expertise with their materials.  Left unchecked many problems occur, even if a company project manager is on-site. Most problems could have easily been prevented by the use of a project consultant. Remember, the company project manager works for the material/product company's bottom line and wants the installation to end the quickest way possible, sometimes no matter what corners need to be cut.

RGI provides consulting services that can oversee a single aspect or your entire project working as your on-site representative.  RGI makes sure you receive a properly designed and installed treatment vault matching all specs, with in-depth weekly status reports and post construction documentation certifying the build.  We have seen time and again projects that should have had limited issues balloon into major back end expenditures for our clients when not properly represented.

Most client could have avoided the increased monitary expenditure by using our services, but thought that the cost for our services were not justified since the material/product companies were providing the installation crews with site management.  The only problem is that there were no accountability layers in place to protect the clients interests.  So, when the project reaches the next stage or is completed they find out that they have leaks, materials were not secured properly or built with many tolerances not met.  This causes delays in the next phase due to the installer having to replace/retrofit materials.  All of this ultimately impacts your time line and ultimately your completion costs.  The bottom line is that you want your facility treating patients as soon as possible, so why take chances when there is a reliable, experienced company available to ensure that happens.  Protect your multi-million dollar investment by using RGI as your site representative.

Some of the services we provide are:

1)
Project engineering

2) Physics

3)
Installation Liaison

4) Inspections

The best way a client can maximize our expertise for their project is to have our company provide all of the above listed services.  By contracting RGI from the beginning to provide all of these consultant services you can be assured that we will know your project from beginning to end.  In the beginning we can make sure any and all issues are engineered into the design prior to the installation set being released reducing the amount of field changes necessary during construction, thus reducing construction time and costs.

Next, we will make sure your project is built as intended within tolerances with the correct materials and products providing regular in-depth reports on the project status.  Finally, we will provide full documentation post construction certifying that the vault was built as designed, coordinate the collection of any and all manuals for the O & M Document and coordinate the addition of any and all field modifications to the "As Built" drawing set presenting the information in a convenient CD format.

Without being on-site throughout the project and/or having the construction knowledge to analyze what is being built, how can you assure yourself that everyone involved in the project is performing as contracted?  You are spending a large sum of capital to build your treatment vault, why not protect your investment and limit the back charges that ultimately take a project over budget by being properly represented on-site?   You use insurance policies to cover potential capital exposure situations in other areas, why not use one to make sure your vault is built as intended.  There is such an insurance policy and that is by having an RGI consultant involved in the project from the beginning as your knowledgeable representative looking out for your interests.
