RGI provided installation services direct to various door manufacturers, automated door operator manufacturers, block manufacturers, concrete form companies and project GC's for many years. Our company was used to fulfill any services the company providing the door or building the project could not provide. These services included field modification design and fabrication services; installation of door frames, door shells, door contents, automated door operators, and safety sensors; installation of mechanical opening shielding, supplemental shielding, and ceiling shielding; as well as providing physics calculations.

RGI became an extension of those systems in place by our clients, so that the end user never realized that a sub-contractor was used. We worked with our clients planning, coordinating, and implementing construction schedules to help them meet construction schedules even when presented with tight time-lines. Post construction we designed, coordinated and implemented service programs to provide the widest array of services with a rapid response structure. We provided technical support (help desk, service, and preventative maintenance) to the end user through our client companies providing a seamless, integrated support system. By using an experienced global network of IST team members (Installation-Service-Technicians) it allowed us to respond rapidly if an issue arose with the end users products or an installation project was fast tracked. Work has been completed in 38 countries spread over every continent.
By providing this seamless, invisible layer of support integrating our services into our client company's systems and performing our tasks reliably on-time has made us the first and only call made by many clients when needing our types of services worldwide. From working with a variety of company's over the years we have weeded out many unreliable products leaving only the top of the line products as a part of our offerings. This reliability is what has kept our name on the short list of company's that are known to finish projects on-time, provide a high-level of pre & post installation services and refuse to use inferior products.
After years of providing services only to OEM's, installers or project GC's we are expanding our offerings to include client direct services and products. When all is said and done with all of the finishes installed, the two items that everyone sees and uses on a daily basis is the door system and the treatment machine. When the door system does not work properly the entire project and those involved with it get a bad reputation. Our mission is to support our clients in such a manner that their projects are viewed as the most dependable in the industry and now that mission includes treatment facility end-users.
